F1B Labradoodles 5 1/2 Weeks Old | Southern California Labradoodle Breeder

Tonight I'm sure anyone who saw me outside trying to take pictures of the puppies got quite a laugh.   It was a bit of a circus act!  So, here's my tips on what NOT to do when taking photos of your cute, almost 6 week old puppies that can't sit still no matter what  :)  --

A) DON'T wait til it's almost dark....putting you in a rush
B) DON'T enlist the help of a 6 yr old, 15 min after you've given him/her a Jelly Bean Candy Cane.  Apparently that sends their little body into overdrive and makes them a tad CRAZY
C) DON'T wait until the puppies need to be fed dinner
D) DON'T try to get creative with a basket if the above points are occurring
E) If D has occurred, DON'T make it worse by trying to get creative with a basket AND then trying to add a bow, wasting precious daylight minutes.
F) If E has occurred, DON'T make it worse by trying to get creative with a basket AND a bow AND then trying to add a Santa Claus hat, that won't stay on and falls off the second a puppy even thinks about moving.

Just a thought!  But here they are anyway!  Lilly's puppies are SO fun right now and their coats are so super soft.  Love them!  They are 5 1/2 weeks....turning 6 weeks on Saturday.  :)  Hope you enjoy them!

F1B Labradoodles 4 1/2 Weeks Old | Southern California Labradoodle Breeder

Look at me making two posts in one night!

With this being such a busy time of year, I feel like I blink and another week has passed.  Can't believe Lilly's puppies turned 4 Weeks on Saturday!  I almost waited for this coming Saturday to make it an even 5 weeks but was afraid my weekend would be gone before I got to it, so I'm posting them while I have the chance.   :)  These sweeties are a quiet bunch and are just starting to get playful with each other.  I love watching them wrestle cause they are still a bit clumsy!  :)  A couple of them might be taking after their Grandma.....my Lab Daisy......and are quite the heavy weights.  Daisy is a piggy and I have to watch her eating like a hawk!  Although I do appreciate how quickly she cleans up the floor after my kids eat.   :)

Here you go!  Thanks again to the patient families for their continued patience in my lack of posting weekly......  xo

At this time, I do not have any available puppies but am taking names in case of a cancellation.  Please contact me if you would like to be added to the back-up list. You never know...things happen!

F1 Goldendoodles--5 Weeks Old [Southern California Goldendoodle Breeder]

I'm FINALLY here to update my blog!  It's been pretty crazy around here, to say the least, and I'd like to thank my very, very kind families for being so super patient in waiting for photos.  I'll leave out the details and get to the good stuff!

These cutie pies turned 5 weeks old yesterday and are just as sweet as sweet can be.  Sometimes I have to sneak in the room and try to be as quiet as I can, cause as soon as they hear my voice, they are jumpin' around, barking and anxious for some lovin'.  I wonder if they could teach my own kids to greet me like that??!!

I was loosing lighting super quick and had to re-take some of the photos inside, after dark, with a flash.  YUCK.  I hate using my flash and the pictures are less than great but I chose to post them instead of waiting yet another day.  Just keep in mind that their colors of the puppies in those photos aren't quite as intense as they appear in the photos.  :)

2 Week Old F1 Goldendoodles | Southern California Goldendoodle Labradoodle Breeder

Ruby's puppies are now 2 weeks and 3 days old...already!  Their eyes are beginning to open and they are starting to be more stable on their legs. So fun!  It's crazy to think that they are going to be spunky little kids in just a short time!  I can't wait to see how their personalities unfold.  Speaking of 2 weeks old.....and so begins the challenge of taking good pictures!  At this stage, they are only concerned with being apart of the puppy pile and just want to huddle together. ...which I love....but they always seem to have their bottoms facing the camera instead of their faces!

1-2 spots are available with this litter.  Please contact Julie @ faithfuldoodles@hotmail.com for more info.

1 Week Old F1B Labradoodle Puppies | Southern California Goldendoodle Labradoodle Breeder

I CANNOT believe that 1 week ago Lilly was delivering puppies!  I picked these guys up today for their pictures and they are SO much  heavier!  These little chubs have not been missing out on a meal and milk production is clearly not a problem for Lilly.  It's amazing how much they have changed in just 7 short days!  :)

Puppies, puppies and more puppies!

Welllll, things have been busy here in Doodle-land!

Last Tuesday, Ruby delivered a gorgeous litter of 9 healthy F1 Goldendoodles!!  Her delivery was pretty quick.....considering 9 babies!...... and she did a fabulous job during the deliver.  She glows as a mama and is so proud of her puppies!  I'm so proud of her too and am blessed by such a great litter. There are 6 girls and 3 boys.  Just a couple of spots remain open with this litter!  Here they are at 1 week old:

THEN

Late Saturday Night/Sunday Morning, Lilly delivered 8 beautiful F1B Labradoodles!  The final score was 5 girls and 3 boys.....all absolutely adorable!  One little girl was quite a bit smaller than the others but appeared from all outward signs to be like her siblings......just a bit weaker.  As the day went on, I noticed that she just wasn't thriving as well as the others and wasn't nursing.  I decided to keep her right by me as much as I could so I could keep a close eye on her and I spoke to my vet about her, read up on the "fading puppy," had her in a cozy warm bed and hand fed her every hour.  She continued to be weak but would show signs of improving and gaining strength.  Monday evening her health seemed to quickly turn in the opposite direction and she passed early Tuesday morning.    :(  I know these things happen, sometimes for unknown reasons, but I'm still so bummed.  BUT, I am remaining very, very thankful for the other 7 cuties who ARE thriving and who ARE very healthy and are just as cute as can be.  Lilly is an amazing mom and doesn't want to leave them for one.single.minute.  I literally have to get a leash and pull her (or pick her up) out of the whelping box just to go potty.    :)

Seeing a new life be born never, ever, ever, EVER gets old---human or animal---and I'm always in awe of God's beautiful creations!!

Here are Lilly's babies at 3 days new.  Spots still available with her litter!

Christmas Puppies Expected!!

Hi everyone!

I've been MIA for quite a while now but have been super busy with my family and dogs and something had to give......

I'm SO EXCITED to share that we are expecting not 1, but 2 litters that will be ready to go home just in time for CHRISTMAS!  Yippee!!

* My first litter is a litter of medium F1B Labradoodles out of Lilly & Leo.  I'm expecting the puppies to be various shades of creams and apricots and am estimating them to be around 35-50 lbs.  Of course, that's just an estimate and I can't guarantee the size exactly.  Lilly is a beautiful, awesome F1 Labradoodle who's extra special to the Faithful family.  Not only is she the 1st puppy I kept from my very 1st litter, but she's out of my sweet girl Daisy.....my black Lab that started this crazy business.  :)  Lilly is a solid 60 lbs and is built very solid and strong.  She's super smart and wants to please more than anything.  She's my shadow and a completely hilarious dog!  Leo is a beautiful red poodle that weighs about 30 lbs.

* My second litter is a litter of medium F1 Goldendoodles out of Ruby & Leo.  I'm expecting the puppies to be various shades of apricots and reds and am also estimating them to be around 35-50 lbs.  Of course...again....that's just an estimate and I can't guarantee the size exactly.  Ruby is a beautiful red Golden Retriever and the newest addition to our Faithful family.  She is a total love....100%!  Ruby weighs 60 lbs and her mellow nature is my favorite thing about her.  She was also bred with Leo, a beautiful red poodle that weighs about 30 lbs.

I can't WAIT for both of these litters to arrive!  The puppies are due the last week of October and/or the first week in November with the puppies ready to go to their forever homes right around the week of Christmas (give or take...depending upon when they are actually born).

All parents are health tested prior to being bred and the puppies come with a 2 yr Health Guarantee, given 7-8 weeks of round-the-clock care, love & exposure to the day-to-day sounds and activities of my family and kids; their first set of shots, de-worming, micro-chip, exam by my vet and coupons for a free bag of food.  The Labradoodles are also registered with the International Labradoodle Association.  The F1 Goldendoodles are $1800 and the F1B Labradoodles are $2000 (which includes the above mentioned items.)

Deposits are now being accepted!  Please contact Julie @ 661-702-7955 or e-mail faithfuldoodles@hotmail.com for more info

Fond Farewell F1B Labradoodles | Southern California Labradoodle Goldendoodle Breeder

Oh goodness...I'm so behind on my blogging but as I've said, we've been busy!  Summer is almost over for us, as school starts next week!  ACK! I can't believe it!

Molly's sweet litter of mini/medium F1B Labradoodles went home last week.  Unfortunately I completely forgot to take pictures of a couple of the families before they left with their new loves!  I do have to say that I'm continued to be amazed at the wonderful families I meet.  Thank you so much to those families for being so great and being such good homes for my puppies.  I feel blessed!

Here's Blue Boy, now Max:

6 Week Old F1B Labradoodles | Southern California Goldendoodle Labradoodle Breeder

Oh my gosh, I can believe these babies are 6 weeks old!!  They have grown a ton and are moving around so much, it's hard to take a clear picture of them!  :)  Their coats are really fluffing out and they LOVE to wrestle and play with each other.   Then they are ready for a snuggle and totally crash out for a good nap.  :)

Here's some pictures of them just taken.  Sorry that a couple are a bit blurry....  Hope you enjoy!  :)

5 Week Old F1B Labradoodles! | Southern California Goldendoodle Labradoodle Breeder

Happy 4th of July!  Well, at least  I hope it was!  The 4th is one of my very, very favorite holidays ever and  we had a such blast yesterday!  hahaha....corny I know, but I couldn't resist.  :)

My little cuties are growing tons and have found their spunk for sure!  I was away for 5 days and laughed when I saw them because they were so much more active and ready to play than when I left!  We've had a bit cooler weather than what we usually have this time of year (thankfully) and the puppies are loving their outdoor time.

Here are some recent pictures of them at 5 weeks old:
